Before you book

A few things to know.

• 24 hours' notice

  Appointments can be booked with up to 24 hours' notice. To book in less than 24 hours, please phone our office on 02 4982 9135.

• We'll confirm it

  Your appointment will be confirmed by email or text message.

• Booking for two?

  If you're booking for yourself and your partner, please make two appointments or put your partner's name in the comments section of the booking form. That lets us set aside enough time for your joint appointment.

• Where we meet

  Face-to-face appointments in Newcastle are available until 20 November 2026. After that, face-to-face appointments are held at our Medowie office, 3 Raymond Close, Medowie NSW 2318.
